Terms of Conditions

• Security: Tenants are responsible for securing the property and any damage or theft that occurs due to their neglect. 

• Damage: Tenants are responsible for any damage to the property, including breakages, losses, or damage to fixtures and fittings. Any damage that isn't reported will be charged to the tenant. 

• Cleaning: Tenants are responsible for departure cleaning, including removing food from the fridge, washing and packing away crockery and cutlery, and putting rubbish outside. 

• Guests: The number of guests staying at the property cannot exceed the number of guests registered at the time of booking. 

• Noise: Excessive noise, parties, and functions are not permitted. 

• Check-in and check-out: Check-in and check-out times should be specified. 

• Keys: Tenants are responsible for any lost keys and may be charged a fee to re-key the property. 

• Emergency contact information: Emergency contact information for the property owner, management, local emergency services, and the nearest hospital should be provided. 

• Liability: The landlord and agent are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, or inconvenience to the tenant or their belongings.
